Customer satisfaction is hugely important to us at UK Housing Alliance and in May 2008 we instructed an independent customer research company to undertake a telephone survey on our behalf to a random section of 100 of our customers. We wanted to find out exactly what our customers think of us, so we could ensure that they and all future customers get the best possible service from UKHA.

Not wanting to blow our own trumpet, we let our customers do it for us and you can see the results below.
