Step 1 UK Housing Alliance Valuation

One of our Property Valuation Consultants will visit you in the comfort of your home, explain the entire process and answer any questions that you may have. We'll also value your property based on our experience and factual comparisons of the area that you live in. We will usually make a no obligation offer during our first visit to your home and agree terms, providing you are happy with our valuation.

Step 2 Independent Valuation & Survey

Once you've agreed terms with our Valuation Consultant you then instruct your solicitor. We will arrange an independent valuation by a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors to check our initial valuation is appropriate. We pay and arrange for this independent valuation and survey and pay for your solicitor.

Step 3 Documentation & Paperwork

Again, once all parties are happy with the independent valuation, and once all the surveys are satisfactory, we'll instruct our solicitors to proceed with the purchase of the property. You will need to provide all the necessary documentation to help with the process. Your solicitors will explain what is required.

Step 4 Completion

All the necessary paperwork has been provided and signed by you and us.

Step 5 Cash Payment

Your solicitor will release the cash to you, less any outstanding mortgage or secured loans on the property. And that's all there is to it! Typically the process is completed within 28 days and we’ll be sure to keep in close contact with you throughout the whole process.
